PRIVACY POLICY

The Unfair Advantage · TradeSniper · FibiCharts · Hermes
Version 1.4 · Effective August 3, 2026 · Fibonacci Technologies LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801 ·

1. Who we are

Fibonacci Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us") operates The Unfair Advantage platform and chat, the TradeSniper device and software, FibiCharts, and Hermes (the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do — and do not do — with it.

The short version: we collect what we need to run your account and your device, we don't sell your personal information, and your exchange API keys live only on your own device — never on our servers.

2. What we collect

Account information. The email address used at purchase (your account is created from it), your display name, password (stored as a secure hash — we cannot read it), subscription tier, and early-adopter/promotional standing.

Billing information. Payments are processed by our payment processor (currently Stripe, or another processor or payment method we may offer). The processor collects and stores your card and payout details under its own privacy policy — we never see or store your full card number. We keep transaction records (what was purchased, when, for how much, and payment status).

Device and service data. TradeSniper devices check in with our servers to receive market data, updates, and their feature level. These check-ins include things like device identity, software version, and subscription verification. We also keep operational logs (errors, update history) needed to run and support the fleet. If you contact support and use the device's Send Logs feature, the device's full activity log — which can include recent trading activity — is uploaded to us for troubleshooting.

De-identified trade and usage events. To operate and improve the Services — including improving signal quality — the Services may collect trade and usage events (for example: which signals displayed, actions taken, order outcomes and fees, and surrounding market context) in de-identified or anonymized form, with personal identifiers removed or replaced with an anonymous ID.

Usage and settings. Your in-app settings and creations — chart preferences, alarms, drawings, sound choices, practice-mode balances and history — are stored so your device and account work the way you set them.

Referral attribution. If you arrive through a member's referral link, we store that referral attribution (using a cookie/local storage and our records) for the program's posted attribution window, so the affiliate program can operate.

Exchange API credentials. If you connect an exchange, your API keys are stored only on your own device, in encrypted form — they never reside on our servers. Orders travel directly from your device to your exchange. The keys are used solely to transmit the instructions you initiate (placing, monitoring, and closing your orders); we do not use them for anything else. You can revoke them at your exchange at any time.

Chat content. Messages, rooms, and profiles on our chat platform are stored on our servers so the chat works. Direct messages are not published, but like any hosted chat, they exist on our infrastructure and are covered by this policy.

Support communications. If you contact support (including via Hermes), we keep the conversation to help you and improve the Services.

3. What we do with it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

4. Who we share it with

5. AI features

Hermes and other AI features process the messages you send them in order to respond. AI conversations may be logged for quality, safety, and support. Do not paste sensitive information (passwords, full card numbers, government IDs) into any chat or AI feature — we will never ask for those there.

6. How long we keep things

We keep information while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it on a reasonable schedule. Transaction and legal-compliance records are kept as long as law requires. Backups age out on their own cycle.

7. Security

We use encryption for sensitive data (including exchange API credentials), access controls, and server hardening. No system is perfectly secure — but we design so that the most sensitive things (your card details, your password, your exchange keys) are either never in our hands or never readable by us.

8. Your choices and rights

9. Cookies and similar tech

The platform uses the minimum necessary cookies/local storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and — if you arrived through a referral link — record that referral for the affiliate program's posted attribution window. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

10. Children

The Services are for adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Each version carries its own version number and effective date, and prior versions are archived. Material changes will be announced through the Services.

12. Contact

All contact — including privacy requests — goes through our site: https://theunfairadvantage.support

Requests submitted there are received by Fibonacci Technologies LLC (identified in the header of this document).
